Common use:
The active component of Furacin is nitrofurazone. It is used in treatment of infected burns. Also it can be used in treatment infections. It works by killing bacteria or preventing their growth.

Dosage and directions:
Use it as it was prescribed by your doctor. Follow all recommendations of your doctor.

Precautions:
If your burn skin doesn’t improve, or it becomes worse, tell you doctor.

Contraindications:
do not use it if you have kidney disease, allergic reaction o Furacin or any other medicines, foods, if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding.

Possible side effects:
The most common side effects are rash, swelling, ithcing. If you notice any other side effects call your doctor.

If you think you have applied too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

Storage:
Store the medicine in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Keep from freezing.
